Great teams need inspiring spaces to grow. We’ve had the pleasure of organizing four company retreats for Poolside, including an unforgettable escape in the heart of Chamonix.  Surrounded by towering peaks and crisp mountain air, we secured a venue that allowed the team to step away from their screens, bond over alpine adventures, and experience the very best of the mountains.

There is no greater compliment than a returning client. Four years after our first collaboration, Softr reached out with a new vision: bringing their team together in Athens, Greece. Even though it was a city we hadn’t executed an event in before, we love a challenge! Fuelled by their trust, we designed a flawless beachfront experience for 55 team members. With the Mediterranean as their backdrop, the team seamlessly balanced highly productive work sessions with the absolute best of Greek hospitality. It was a retreat defined by renewed unity, growing team strength, and, of course, sharing incredible, authentic local food by the sea.

For the second consecutive year we had the absolute joy of organizing the annual retreat for Paddle. We probably shouldn’t play favorites, but this crew holds a truly special place in our hearts. Their energy and dedication are absolutely contagious. Over five days of strategic sessions, dynamic activities, and unforgettable shared moments, we helped lay the groundwork for another rockstar year. It’s a privilege to play our small part in promoting their unity, ensuring they leave ready to paddle faster, paddle forward, and paddle together.

When Endeavor, a global community dedicated to high-impact entrepreneurs, set out to host their highly exclusive, invite-only annual gathering, they needed a setting that was as inspiring as the founders themselves.We were thrilled to partner with them to bring this vision to life. By hosting the event at the breath-taking Sublime Comporta, we helped craft an environment designed for deep reflection, candid connection, and strategic growth. Our goal was to create a seamless, uniquely tailored experience that didn’t just host these global leaders, but truly immersed them in the very best of Portuguese hospitality, culture, and natural beauty.
